We reserve the right to refund monies at our sole discretion and in a manner most convenient for company. It's not always possible to issue refunds to the original form of payment used at the time of checkout. 100% Refund on all unopened, unused equipment in original new condition. (See our shipping and warranty sections for additional requirements / exclusions).
Buyer MUST contact Family Funsports in writing within 3 days of receiving the unopened product. We reserve the right to inspect every product.
If for any reason you're not satisfied with the product of your choice return/exchange is available under these conditions:
- We recommend you contact us via email before returning the item; some problems may be covered under warranty.
We trust that the unit will be inspected upon arrival, and for that reason, any problems should be reported within 3 days after the receiving date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original package and in an unused condition. Include your personal information such as order number and the reason why the item is being returned inside the box. The shipping cost for the return/exchange is the responsibility of the customer, which means that we will NOT cover the shipping fees charged by the carrier of your choice. We reserve the right to inspect the returned item. Used products can only be serviced under the warranty policy.
Shipment delays / finish variances by manufacturer are not authorized reasons for refunds.
* If the item is "dead upon arrival," or if you received the wrong product because of our mistake, the return cost will be covered, and there will be no additional charges.

How does the refund work?
Our company reserves the right to refund monies within 30 days, starting from the day we receive the returned product. The refund does not include the original shipping cost. The product returned can be subjected to a restocking fee should the item be returned incomplete or with misrepresented conditions. The value of the restocking fee is calculated after the inspection and will be based on the conditions of the ride on the car, and/or missing parts if applicable. Please note that we reserve the right to offer refunds in various forms, at our sole discretion, based on our processing at the time of checkout vs updated processing. It's possible for additional delays beyond our immediate control.
Children should not be left unattended while riding our toys and should always use the seat belt. All playtime must be supervised by an adult to avoid injuries.
We take no responsibility for dimples or any other imperfections that may have occurred during the manufacturing process; this seldomly happens and does not affect the functionality of our products. If replacements cannot be supplied locally, we make every effort to order it from the respective manufacturer at the customer's expense for both product as well as shipping.
We DO NOT cover any physical damage/Improper use, negligence, deliberate, water or sand damage, nor any lost accessories/parts. Any damage caused or related to an alteration or modification to the product carried out by you or a third party is also not covered under our warranty. Extreme or external causes beyond our reasonable control such as interruptions to electrical power are not covered under our warranty. If you or a third party disassemble and/or modify any electrical components the warranty is voided.
The batteries come with a 90 days replacement warranty. To avoid damage, all batteries must be charged and maintained as specified by the manual's information. The battery warranty does not cover overcharging of the battery or the wall charger.
All warranty claims must be submitted to our company at least 10 days BEFORE your warranty period is over.
Shipping on all items weighing more than 80lbs must be sent LTL via designated freight carrier. While these items can absolutely be shipped to either residential or business locations, business locations will arrive faster than residential. We provide your address as well as phone number in order for the carrier to contact you with delivery-related communication. Someone must be present in order for delivery.
If the carrier is unable to reach you to arrange for a delivery or on the date of delivery, there is no one available to sign, a 20% restocking fee will be charged and you will be refunded 80% minus our exact shipping expenses.

Failure to do so may result in restocking fees and shipping fees at the sole responsibility of the Purchaser. You may send photos of rejected deliveries to: info@familyfunsports.com. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original package and in an unused condition. Include your personal information such as order number and the reason why the item is being returned inside the box. The return shipping cost for the return/exchange is the sole responsibility of the customer, which means that we will NOT cover the shipping fees or expenses related to return shipment charged to you by the carrier of your choice. We reserve the right to inspect and test the returned item. Used products can only be serviced under the warranty policy upon purchase.

The value of the restocking fee is calculated after the inspection and will be based on the conditions of the unit(s), and/or missing parts if applicable.
Family Funsports.com offers a 3 months manufacturer’s warranty on engine and parts (except where stated differently on the product’s description page) that will cover any electrical and mechanical dysfunction during the covered time. On BMS Vintage Scooters: Premium Manufacturer’s Warranty of 1 Year, same conditions above. Labor is NOT included in any warranty under any circumstance and is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

(Will herein be referred to as “product(s)” when used or not used as intended.)
PURCHASER’S RESPONSIBILITY: Purchaser understands the nature of powersports product(s) and related activities and acknowledges that purchaser is qualified to operate said product(s) and is in proper mental and physical condition to participate responsibly and legally in such activity. Purchaser agrees to assume all risks and liabilities when allowing others to operate product(s). If the purchaser is not familiar with the nature of product(s), Purchaser should seek professional training and contact relevant local authorities to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary prior to operating product(s).
INHERENT RISKS: Warning! Powersports product(s) and related activities involve risk and danger of serious bodily injury including, but not limited to disability, paralysis, dismemberment, and death. These inherent risks and dangers may be caused by Purchaser’s own actions or inactions, the actions or inactions of others participating or not participating in the activity, the condition in which the activity takes place, or the negligence of Purchaser or others. There may be additional risks including social and economical loss, either known or unknown to Purchaser not readily foreseeable, and Purchaser accepts and assumes ALL such risks, losses, costs, and damages incurred as a result of Purchaser’s participation in activities and presence related to the operation of product(s). Before operating ANY vehicle, check gas, battery, brakes, wires, mechanical conditions for safety. If you are not qualified to test these components, we recommend hiring a qualified professional.
OPERATION, REGISTRATION, AND LICENSING: Purchaser is responsible for registering and operating product(s) appropriately and in accordance with all local, state, and federal laws and ordinances. Seller makes no representations that the product(s) is/are legal for operation in your town, village, city, or state. Purchaser will receive title / MCO separately via USPS from: Family Funsports MCO Department.
AGE: Purchaser certifies that Purchaser is at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in the jurisdiction in which Purchaser resides. Product(s) purchased vary in age recommendations and Family Funsports does not, either implied or expressed, encourage anyone under the age of 18 to operate any product(s) exclusively intended for adult operation and does not, either implied or expressed, encourage anyone under the age of 18 to operate any product(s) intended for children unless under parent / guardian direct supervision. Family Funsports shall assume NO responsibility, liability, risk, or consequences for the negligence or failure by any Purchaser or operator / passenger, whether authorized or unauthorized
