Review your purchase before payment
These terms apply to ordinary retail orders on familyfunsports.com. Checkout collects the full displayed order total; it is not an application for in-house financing or an installment contract. Price, document fee and taxes
Displayed vehicle purchase prices include one $49 documentation/service fee per vehicle. The cart separates the vehicle base price from that fee; it does not add the fee twice. Applicable tax and the selected freight charge are additional and are displayed before payment. Free Greenwood pickup includes assembly, inspection and testing. A document fee is a dealer charge, not a government charge.
Pickup, delivery and availability
Wait for our ready-for-pickup confirmation before traveling to collect a vehicle. Crated delivery prices are charged per vehicle as shown at checkout for the contiguous 48 states and Washington, DC. Alaska, Hawaii and models requiring a custom quote must be arranged with us before ordering. Freight vehicles normally arrive approximately 85% assembled. Residential liftgate service lowers the pallet from the truck; uncrating, final assembly, checks and preparation for use remain the purchaser’s responsibility unless the order expressly includes another service.
Vehicle availability and carrier scheduling affect fulfillment. We will communicate fulfillment timing and any changes. If we cannot ship within the applicable promised time, we will provide the required delay notice and the choice to consent to the delay or cancel for a prompt refund. If we cannot supply the ordered vehicle, we will contact you; a material change to the vehicle or price requires your agreement.
Final sales and required remedies
All sales are final. Voluntary returns and cancellations are not accepted after an order is placed, including before shipment. This policy does not limit applicable warranty rights, remedies for nonconforming goods, legally required refunds or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Legally required shipping-delay consent and refund rights remain available.
Delivery inspection
Inspect freight before signing. For visible freight damage, refuse delivery, do not sign acceptance, take photographs when safe and contact us immediately. For concealed damage, retain packaging, photograph the issue and contact us promptly. A delivery signature does not automatically eliminate every possible damage claim or statutory right. Contact us before returning a vehicle or arranging repairs.
Warranty information
Review the applicable manufacturer or supplier warranty for your exact model before purchasing. Contact us for the warranty document and questions about coverage, exclusions, assembly requirements and claim procedures. Product descriptions and checkout do not create an additional voluntary dealer warranty or replace the applicable written warranty. Nothing in these terms limits rights or obligations imposed by applicable law. For assistance, send your order number, vehicle identification and a description of the issue to info@familyfunsports.com; confirm the claim procedure and any costs before arranging repairs or shipping.
Vehicle documents and safe use
Your allocated VIN or manufacturer serial number is confirmed separately. Any required title, registration, odometer, delivery or dealer paperwork is completed through the applicable process; placing an online order does not replace those documents or certify road legality. For pickup of road vehicles or electric carts, checkout may require a destination declaration. Pickups involving other-state use or uncertain classification require dealer review before payment.
Follow the actual vehicle’s owner’s manual and age, rider, passenger and weight labels. Select a suitable vehicle, obtain appropriate instruction and use protective equipment. Confirm the registration, licensing, insurance and operating requirements for your vehicle and location.
Order records and support
We provide an order confirmation and payment details by email. Keep a copy for your records; you can print your order details from your account or browser. Contact us for a paper copy or assistance. Online checkout does not enroll you in automatic recurring payments.
